Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before delivery: full refund of any advance paid, minus payment gateway charges (if applicable).
• Within 48 hours of delivery: no refund, as ingredients have already been purchased and preparation may have started.
• Wedding cakes / large custom orders: cancellation terms are confirmed individually at the time of booking, given the longer lead time involved.

Changes to an Order

Flavour, size or design changes can usually be accommodated up to 48 hours before delivery, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible.

Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue — assessed case by case.

Refund Method & Timeline
