Please Tell Us About Allergies

All our products are made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten and soy. While we take care with cleaning and preparation between orders, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Always let us know about any allergies when you place your order — via the order form, custom order enquiry, or directly on WhatsApp — so we can advise what's safe and what isn't.

Common Allergens Used in Our Kitchen

• Eggs — most cakes are available eggless on request; some specialty items (e.g. seasonal plum cake) are not.
• Dairy — butter, cream and milk are used across most products.
• Gluten / Wheat — used in all cakes, brownies and cookies unless otherwise noted.
• Tree Nuts — used in select products (e.g. walnut brownies, pista flavours) and may be present in shared equipment.
• Soy — may be present in chocolate and some flavourings.

Eggless Options

Most of our menu is available eggless — look for the "Eggless" badge on the Menu page, or ask us to confirm before ordering.

No Guarantee of a Nut-Free / Allergen-Free Product

Because we bake multiple products in one shared home kitchen, we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of a specific allergen, even if that allergen isn't a listed ingredient. If a severe allergy is involved, please discuss it with us directly before ordering so we can advise honestly on the risk.
